Chair Yoga | This gentle form of yoga is the perfect way to reduce tightness in the body, improve flexibility, mood and strength. We will explore adaptations of yoga poses using a chair for support. This class is perfect for seniors, those with physical limitations or anyone looking for a slow and gentle way to increase mind/body awareness and mobility. This class is for you!

Moments you want to capture and hold onto, immediately available. All possible holding a camera that collaborates with chemicals and paper to create a mobile darkroom. Light, temperature, air, and time all impacting its production and success. An anxious thrill waiting to see your results. A full encapsulation of your experience, all in a perfect little square, already framed and ready for your fridge door gallery. Special and mundane moments alike that live on, forgotten in a drawer, waiting to be discovered in another lifetime. A story captured to be remembered, to be shared, to be cherished. A small square of history.

Christmas Card Wall Basket

Make your own Christmas Card basket that is perfect to put your greens or Christmas Cards in! This 8” by 10” D handle is woven with start and stop weaving and decorated with red and green inserts. The wall basket colors can be modified to have one color if you prefer.

Students are asked to bring their own pencil, measuring tape, and an old towel. All other materials will be provided. Open to ages 15 years and older.

Mosaic Christmas Workshop

Get ready for a festive and creative time! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own Christmas mosaic decoration using pre-cut stained glass, ceramic tiles, and glass gems on a wooden base.

Choose from four cheerful holiday designs — a Cardinal, Wreath, Christmas Tree, or Gingerbread Man.

Your instructor will guide you step-by-step through the gluing process and show you how to grout your mosaic at home once it’s dry. Each participant will take home a bag of grout and simple instructions to complete their project.

All materials and tools are provided — just bring your holiday spirit and creativity! Perfect for beginners and experienced mosaic makers alike.
