Beginner Tai Chi- Level 1

A Therapy Option Wellness Program with Nancy M. Parambo MS. LMT

Wednesdays from April 10- May 8, 2024 10-11am


Enjoy the “essence of inner peace with ‘Beginner Tai Chi -Level 1.’”


Through slow, mindful movements, Tai Chi has the ability to strengthen joints, and improve balance, flexibility and coordination. The practice can also increase energy and promote relaxation.


Class will consist of Tai Chi forms with movement and breathwork. There will also be an introduction to Qi Gong!

Each week we will review previously learned forms and slowly integrate new movement patterns into our practice. No prior Tai Chi background is necessary. Class is open to all levels of ability!


Please pre-register. Space is limited. Wear comfortable clothes. NO recording of any class activities.
