Linocut Block Printing

Class will cover a traditional printmaking method using linoleum carving blocks and carving tools to create a reprintable block of their own design. We'll cover materials, carving techniques, troubleshooting, and application. In addition to their paper prints, each student will be provided with a canvas tote bag to print their favorite design on. Students are welcome to bring up to 3 other 100% cotton fabric items to print their designs on if desired.

This class is 15+. All materials and instruction are provided. Make sure to bring other items if you wish to have them printed!
