Chair Yoga | This gentle form of yoga is the perfect way to reduce tightness in the body, improve flexibility, mood and strength. We will explore adaptations of yoga poses using a chair for support. This class is perfect for seniors, those with physical limitations or anyone looking for a slow and gentle way to increase mind/body awareness and mobility. This class is for you!

Items will take at least one session to finish. Items will not be ready to take home until they are fired in the kiln. Turn around time after glazing is about 2 weeks.

Holiday Gift Card Basket

The sweet 4” by 9” D basket is woven with small reed in a start and stop mode. It is decorated with a green tree or a blue snowflake and is lashed with a cane. It can be used to hang on the tree or wall and can also be used as a gift card holder to give as a gift.

Students are asked to bring their own pencil, measuring tape, and an old towel. All other materials will be provided. Open to ages 15 years and older.

Acrylic Pinecone Painting

Escape from the daily routine and enjoy this acrylic painting lesson. Create this snowy pinecone scene with step-by-step directions in a relaxing, no-stress setting—no experience needed. Unwind with us at the Tamaqua Arts Center. All materials and instruction are provided.

Step back in time this holiday season with Leiby’s Carriage Service as their majestic Belgian draft horses pull an old-fashioned Christmas trolley through the beautifully Victorian town of Tamaqua. Feel the nostalgia, charm, and magic of Christmas as you enjoy a cozy ride through the twinkling streets.

🕰️ Departure Schedule: Trolley rides depart every 20 minutes

👥 Capacity: Limited to 16 passengers per trip
